1. Electronic invitation from Saudi Arabia
• it should be attested by chamber of commerce in KSA.
2. commercial trade license of the Saudi company
3. NOC from the company in UAE
• must be typed in the letter head with stamp and signature of
the signatory
4. original passport
• must be valid for 6 months and residence for three months at
least
• with two vacant pages available
5. two photos ( white background, passport size)
NOTE: for non-residence in UAE( visit visa) we will require
non-objection letter from the consulate of their nationality
For IT, STAFF ,
NOTE: PALESTINE, IRAN , IRAQ NATIONALS ALSO REQUIRES THE
FOLLOWING
1. Ministry of Foreign Affairs Approval from KSA
2. NOC ( non-objection certificate/letter from the UAE sponsor)
• must be typed in the letterhead with the stamp and signature
of the signatory
3. original passport
• must be valid for 6 months and residence for three months at
least
• with two vacant pages available
4. two photos ( white background, passport size)
For Residence and Employment in KSA
1. Approval from KSA
2. residence copy of the sponsor in KSA
3. medical certificate from any government hospitals in UAE
4. non objection letter from UAE company
5.recent passport photo with white background
Transit visa requirements
1. Original passport
Original passport must be valid for six months; residence visa
must be valid for three months and must posses an enough pages
to stamp the visa
2. Copy of the letter from RTA (road and transport authority)
Note: plate numbers for export vehicles should be mentioned in
this letter, as well as the local plate number of the car.
3. Drivers license copy
4. Registration of the car copy
5. NOC non-objection certificate or letter from UAE
sponsor/company
It must bare the company’s letterhead, stamp and signature of
the person in charge
6. Recent passport size photos with white background
