Requirements for Saudi visa

For manager, directors and partners
1. original passport
Original passport must be valid of six months and residence visa must be valid for 3 months and enough pages to stamp the visa.
2. Original invitation letter from the company in Saudi Arabia attested in Chamber of commerce in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia..
3. commercial trade license copy of the company in Saudi Arabia
4. NOC non-objection certificate or letter from UAE sponsor/company
It must bare the company letterhead, stamp and signature of the person in charge
5. commercial trade license copy of the UAE company
6. two recent photos , passport size with white background

For Engineers, doctor, staff
1. original passport
Original passport must be valid for six months; residence visa must be valid for three months and must posses an enough pages to stamp the visa
2. Approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.
3. NOC non-objection certificate or letter from UAE sponsor/company
It must bare the company’s letterhead, stamp and signature of the person in charge
4. commercial trade license of the UAE company
5. two recent photos in passport size with white background

For the non-resident in UAE
1. Original passport
Original passport must be valid for six months; residence visa must be valid for three months and must posses an enough pages to stamp the visa
2. Invitation letter from K.S.A Company or Approval from Ministry of Foreign
3. Commercial trade license copy of Saudi company
4. NOC from the consulate of the applicants’ nationality
It must be original and must consist with the designation of the applicant written in the letter using the official letterhead of the consulate with stamp and signature
6. two photos, passport size with white background

Transit visa requirements

1. Original passport
Original passport must be valid for six months; residence visa must be valid for three months and must posses an enough pages to stamp the visa
2. Copy of the letter from RTA (road and transport authority)
Note: plate numbers for export vehicles should be mentioned in this letter, as well as the local plate number of the car.
3. Drivers license copy
4. Registration of the car copy
5. NOC non-objection certificate or letter from UAE sponsor/company

3. medical certificate from any of the government hospital
